The nightly rate by length of stay
One grid for every room. The longer you stay, the cheaper the night:

These are guide rates per bed. The booking server calculates the exact total for your dates — what you see in the form is what you pay. There are no seasonal surcharges, and the room does not change the price.
What moves the price
- Length of stay. The longer you stay, the lower the nightly rate — that is the only lever that moves the total.
- Number of beds. The price is per bed, so two people pay for two beds.
- That is all. The room, your gender, the day of the week and the season do not change it.
Included, at no extra cost
Not "available on request" — part of the nightly price:
Bed linen, towels, slippers, the shared kitchen, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room are included in the stay.
What costs extra
The complete list. There are no other charges:
- The washer and dryer cost 100 UAH, detergent included.
- Late check-out until 14:00 by prior arrangement: when charged, it is 50% of one night.
Why there is no prepayment and no deposit
Pay in cash in UAH or by bank transfer. There is no online payment on the website. No deposit is required. No prepayment is required.
You pay nothing until you arrive. No prepayment, no deposit, and nobody asks for a card on this site.
The reason is simple: if a bed is free it is yours, and if your plans change, that happens. We have no need to hold someone’s money for nights they never slept.
Cancellation, no-show and leaving early
There is no cancellation or no-show fee.
Paid unused nights are not refunded after an early departure.
Booking direct versus the platforms
Here you book directly: the form checks real availability, shows the exact total and creates the booking. No "request under review" and no waiting a day for confirmation.
Questions about dates, an early arrival or an extension are settled in a message to the owner rather than through a platform contact form.
We are not asking you to abandon the platforms. It is simply easier to book here if you are already reading this page.
