First time staying at hostel. Nervous at first. But everyone is friendly especially the owner. I recommend this hostel to a colleague who might stay here in January-February.
Wonderful hostel, everything is convenient and clean. A friendly host.
I really like the atmosphere. Many foreigners. You can speak English. Comfortable bed. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and calm.
Great hostel! I have stayed at 5 hostels during my stay in Ukraine, this is much better than all the other ones. Great host too, excellent English speaker. Also very caring, I had forgotten to tell him I was out of town for a night, he reached out to make sure I was safe. I will return.
An ideal hostel in Kyiv: a fair price, a good welcome, very good and friendly people, a good owner, clean rooms and fresh linen. There is always hot water in the bathroom, a kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer. I will gladly come back.
A hostel means shared living. It is better to understand the format now than discover something important after check-in.
There can be a wait at peak times. We tell you before booking, not afterwards.

This is one of the conditions that keeps the hostel calm.
Especially in the kitchen. Wash your dishes, wipe the stove, and it is clean for the next person in the morning.

Not simply “we are clean”, but what we actually do.
If you notice something, tell me straight away. I live here and handle these cases myself, without waiting for a manager.

My name is Victor. I own Dja and live here, behind the next door. If a question comes up, you do not have to search for a manager or wait for an office reply. You can speak to me.
Dja is a simple small hostel, not a hotel. Basic things matter to me: a clean place, proper sleep at night, clear rules and respect between people.
