Confirmation
Beds are reserved after a successful server response. The screen shows the booking number, status and final total.
Payment
Pay in cash in UAH or by bank transfer. There is no online payment on the website. No deposit is required. No prepayment is required.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 13:00 to 22:00. Early check-in from 06:00 is possible by prior arrangement and only if a bed is available. Arrival after 22:00 is possible by prior arrangement. Standard check-out is by 12:00. Late check-out until 14:00 is possible by prior arrangement; when charged, early/late service is 50% of one night.
Cancellation and no-show
There is no cancellation or no-show fee.
Early departure
Paid unused nights are not refunded after an early departure.
Laundry
The washer and dryer cost 100 UAH, detergent included.
